The Lunachicks came out on fire in the first half of their fall season, going 5-0-0 with a +18 goal differential, allowing only 3 goals in those five matches. However, after the mid season break, the team struggled to continue their winning ways, going 0-3-2 to close out the season with a -7 goal differential. This was a difficult season for the girls as they definitely expected to do better than they did, but found themselves in a significant slump, scoring just over one goal per match.
